"Sean Ware" Lifting Up The "Lord Jesus Christ", with his Anointed Single, "Sacrificial Lamb"!

Interview By: Gina Sedman

Give me a little bit about your background. Where are you from and how did you get started in music? I’m from the Chicagoland area. I always was into music my whole life, but as I matured in my faith I wanted to do music to glorify and honor Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior. And around 2018 I felt that God was downloading songs into my Spirit, so I decided to learn how to create a song and the process it takes to make an album independently.

What was your most memorable moment in your music career? I feel like it’s just starting, but finishing my 1st album was a big deal to me.

What was your most challenging moment? My most challenging step was getting singers to sing for me because I was rejected by a lot of people. After all, I can’t sing, so when you heard my demo they sounded terrible.

Who are your musical influences? I grew up listening to a lot of secular artists, so it's some pretty interesting ones on my list that I don’t want to mention right now.

If you could do a duet and or have someone write a song for you from your favorite artist, dead or alive, who would it be? Hmm, that’s a great question. If you had asked me that 4 years ago, I would have probably said Canton Jones and Derrick Minor, but now I am so happy with the people who have been featured on my albums that I can duet with them.

As far as writing songs I’m good. I thank God for using the Holy Spirit to download these songs into me.

What is the last song you’ve listened to by another artist and who are your present favorites? Once I started creating my music I stopped listening to everyone else. I listen to artists now only because of the TikTok app. People are always using songs for their videos so that's how I hear new music. Otherwise, I love my music. It’s amazing.

How many singles/albums do you have out presently and are there any projects in the works? In the last year and a half I released 6 albums and 3 singles. I also just finished my 7th and last personal album. I will be releasing it on May 7th. It’s called “Full of Joy.”

What are your weird habits or traditions before performing live or recording? No weird habits here. But I’m always praying about everything.

What advice would you like to give to upcoming artists? If you truly have a passion for your music don’t give up on it no matter what. Keep going.

"John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish, but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but so that the world might be saved through Him."

"Romans 10:9-13  9 [f]that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; 10for with the heart a person believes, [g]resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, [h]resulting in salvation.

11 For the Scripture says, “WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM WILL NOT BE [i]PUT TO SHAME.” 12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, abounding in riches for all who call on Him; 13for “EVERYONE WHO CALLS ON THE NAME OF THE LORD WILL BE SAVED.”
