Venus Chandler is Unique

Tell us about your background and upbringing?

I was born to a 14 year old girl. We moved around alot! My mom was very young and trusting which left me as her child an open target for predators. I had started being molested at a very young age by men and women all consisting of family, friends and my mothers boyfriends.

My mom walked out when I was around 13 years old and told me to take care of my brother and sister. She boarded a railways bus, moved to another city, changed her name and never looked back. Later we were found out that we were abandoned by my mother and next thing I know we ended up separated. We were taken to the children's home but later was placed with one of my aunts, where more abuse continued. More sexual assaults, mental and physical abuse.

Where are you from?

I am from Akron, Ohio

Where are you currently living?

I am currently residing in Covina, California

What would you like to share with the public that makes you Unique?

What makes me unique is that I have the ability to look past the pain of people and really connect with them on an intimate level which allows me to help them get past the hurt and pain. This way I am able to really see the heart of that person.

What are the lessons that you've learned through your experiences that you would like to share with everyone?

Some lessons I have learned through my experiences is to actively listen when people are talking. You will be able to hear when they are in trouble and when they are trying to tell you that they need help! Hurting people smile too!

Any closing words you would like to share?

I decided to write about my life, the traumas that I suffer as a child and some that still haunt me to this day. I talk about how and why I plotted my uncle's death in my book and how and why I am now here to talk about it.

My book A Silent Scream, My Story, My Truth is for everyone who has ever thought about suicide, homicide or anyone who has suffered or Is suffering from PTSD as a result of childhood traumas. I am now an advocate for childhood trauma SURVIVORS, I am now a Speaker and a Life Coach. I have just recently opened a new business called Kintsugi Transformations Life Coaching.

The rest of my life is dedicated to eradication this sick epidemic!
