GNA Universal Media CEO, Gina Carey Talks About The Most Important Relationship Ever!

I have had many meaningful relationships in my life. Some of them were for reasons, some for seasons and some are still going strong. But, out of all those incredible connections, I have found that the most rewarding, sustainable, and fruitful relationship I have ever had and will ever have is with my "Lord and Savior, Christ Jesus".
God created people on this earth so that we would not have to be alone. It’s a true blessing when we have friends and family to do life with, but, I’ve found that even when you have that, you can still experience a deep void that can only be filled by having a true a deep connection with the God who created us.
I’ve found myself at times getting caught up in the hustle and bustle of life so much so that even though my life was packed with things to do and people to see, I still felt like something was missing. I’ve learned, for me, things and people around you will only keep you satisfied for a little while. Only until they are no longer there or the things you sought after no longer are accessible.
During Covid 19, I found myself by myself. I was forced to look at the harsh reality of being quarantined away from those near and dear to me and asking myself what now? I’m here and where is everyone now? I know I have people who love me, but at this time, they were no longer accessible to me. Everyone is now looked upon as potentially having the “Cootie Bug” so, where did that leave me? Alone! Or was I?
I became so busy and preoccupied with achieving goals, that I forgot about God. But, I'm so grateful that through my business, He never forgot about me. Now that He had my attention, He began to remind me of the of what it says in (KJV Bible) Hebrews 13:5 “ Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, "Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you."

In that moment of isolation and reflection, God began to remind me that my relationship with Him is the only one that will always be ongoing and unchanging. He’s always been there, and He will always be. His love is everlasting and eternal. If everyone leaves you for whatever reason, Christ will never leave you! If you lose all your income and everything you built comes crashing down, He will provide for you. Philippians 4:19, KJV: "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." If you get sick, He will bring you through that as well, ever keep you from getting sick, Exodus 15:26 "If you diligently heed the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the LORD who heals you." He is everything! He is my Aba Father!
As much as I love my friends and family, I cannot do what God can do for them, neither can they be all that God can be for me. As humans, we are all limited, but, Ephesians 3:20 says, “ Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us,( 21) to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever! Amen.
I learned, through experience that although I have great relationships and loving people in my life, my relationship with Christ Jesus is incomparable! Having a deep connective and true relationship with Him, I’ve found is the most important relationship I will ever have!
