Print Ad Sizes & Specs
ACCEPTABLE AD SUBMISSION FORMATS:
PDF files (press optimized or X-1a), fully CMYK process separated with no spot colors (no PMS, RGB or LAB colors). Crops and registration are not required and should not be included. Bleed ads should include a 0.25” bleed on all sides.
InDesign files with fonts and images included. Fully CMYK separated with no spot colors (no PMS, RGB or LAB colors).
Image files including TIF, EPS, Illustrator (EPS or AI) or Photoshop (PSD) files are also acceptable.
The resolution of 300 DPI is ideal. 200 DPI is acceptable. Larger than 300 DPI is not necessary and is discouraged (due to excessive file size).
Smaller than 200 DPI is not acceptable.
We will not accept ads in JPEG format, Microsoft Word (.doc), Microsoft Publisher (.pub) or PowerPoint (.ppt or .pps) formats.

Restrict live area to within 0.25” on all sides.
